"I began therapy at one of the lowest points in my life. I was struggling with my identity and felt very lost as to who I am and what I want in life. And to be fair, I still don’t have those questions completely answered. But I know that I am evolving, and therapy has been one of the most important means through which I am. To me, therapy with Sabah has been about being listened to without the fear of judgement, asking lots of questions, finding solutions to problems that would work for me because they come through me, lots of self-acceptance and taking the time and energy to process overwhelming emotions. "I was initially really scared to open up to someone but since then its been great. She made sure i didn't feel like I'm talking to a stranger right after our initial 2 meetings. I feel like she accommodates any needs i have really well understands me and creates an environment in which i can open up about things i never thought i could. There's absolutely no judgement at all and i feel like all our sessions has helped me a lot. I get insights and exercises to learn more about me and develop better coping skills. Nicole has been absolutely amazing overall.

"I love my sessions with my therapist. I have been to other therapists before but I feel like it was more difficult to be comfortable with them the way I could easily feel comfortable with Nicole. She pushes me to question my own assumptions about myself and people in my life and has given me exercises and tools to use on my
